We are little tent.

We believe that work should work for everyone. That people work best when they can express themselves fully. When they are celebrated for their uniqueness. When they have courage. When they are inspired to create. When they work together.

We believe leadership is as much art as it is science. And we believe in workplaces that work for humans.

Because humans are magnificent.

A Change Is Gonna Come

Cast & Crew

Little Tent was founded by me - Lorna. While the name came from the Sam Cooke song, ‘A Change Is Gonna Come’, it also brings to mind a circus and this is our ethos when it comes to our own talent. Each member of the cast or crew is independent and brings their own set of talents - their own ‘act’ if you will. I partner with them to deliver work where it works for us and the client. With that in mind, expect this section to change - much as the performers in a circus might be different each night.

Lorna, Founder

I’m Lorna. My career began in media after studying Performing Arts. I worked in HR for over a decade, building people solutions for businesses going through change - from international luxury brands to lightning-paced start ups. I’ve held senior HR leadership roles in the UK and internationally and wrote my MSc dissertation on Employee Engagement. I’ve been coaching high performers who are making change, leading change or who want change for over 15 years. I’ve led large teams of my own and have first hand experience of the challenges leadership brings.

I set up little tent because not only did I believe that there was a better way for business to work for people, I believed there was a better way to shape work for me. This is my passion project, my livelihood, my business and my contribution to making work better for everyone.

When I’m not running little tent I sing and dance - an ongoing practice in courage, presence and whole-self performance.

Lorna is a multi-talented coach who delivers with real skill and deftness. She combines curiosity and a results-oriented approach - I can’t recommend her highly enough

Sheridan, Vocal & Confidence Coach

Sheridan was the winning vocal coach on BBC1’s prime time Saturday night show ‘Can’t Sing Singers’. He also prepares students for TV shows such as The Voice, X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent.

He has since trained hundreds of performers, many of whom have gone on to perform in London’s West End, or pursue successful careers in the music industry. He believes that healthy self-worth, confidence and determination are at the core of any successful performer’s
career. Breaking down inhibition and releasing the real performer within has become a way of life. This ability, and his deep technical understanding of how performers do that consistently are a unique set of perspective and talents that contribute to the little tent circus.

Sheridan’s energy and presence is incredible, infectious even. His ability to instil confidence in a performer is everything a performer needs and more. He’ll lovingly push you to places you might have doubted you could reach
